Do you have previous experience in customer service and have you worked in SAP? Are you a person who works meticulously and is driven to support your colleagues and customers in the best way possible?

You will belong to the Customer Support department and work with customers and suppliers. In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Receiving and managing incoming orders
• Communicating internally with other parts of the organization to ensure correct and efficient delivery to customers
• Managing and delivering invoices
• Handling general customer inquiries and assisting with product information

This position is suitable for you who enjoys working administratively in contact with people in an international, established company.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has experience in similar roles. To succeed as a customer service representative, we see that you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is a plus if you also speak German or Polish.
• Competence in ERP systems (SAP).
• Comfortable user of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.

We see that you are a driven and self-sufficient person who dares to take your own initiatives. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and take responsibility for the tasks at hand. You are also a service-oriented person who strives to work proactively and efficiently in everything you do. If you speak German or Polish, this is a merit for the position.
