Calceos is looking for a Sales Associate:

NK Men's shoes & Travel

The position is a permanent employment of 32 hours per week, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date: By agreement.

NK Men's shoes & Travel offers shoes, accessories, and luggage in the premium and luxury segments.

We care deeply about nurturing our customer relationships, and a visit to us should be an experience, something to remember, and worth coming back to.

As a Sales Associate, you are

Job Responsibilities

  • Personal sales of shoes and accessories.
  • Driving towards both personal and collective goals.
  • Engaging with customers on the sales floor and delivering world-class service.
  • Maintaining order in the store and contributing to good inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Natural ability to build good relationships and experience in personal sales.
  • Passionate about sales and driven to deliver world-class service.
  • Brings positive energy and joy.
  • A willingness and curiosity for continuous learning and contributing to the department's success.
  • A sense for trends and being a good representative in meetings with our trend-conscious and stylish customers.

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in retail.
  • Previous experience in selling luxury products / products in the premium segment.
  • Previous experience working towards personal and collective sales goals.
