Breezity Solutions AB is a Swedish security company focused on modern cloud-based IT environments. We deliver security services to small and medium-sized organizations based on Microsoft’s security platform. Our offering within SOC and MDR is called Breezity Care.

Breezity is a smaller company with high demands on quality, accountability, and long-term customer relationships. We work with short decision-making paths and clear roles.

About the position

We are now looking for a senior IT salesperson who will have a clear commercial responsibility for the sales of Breezity Care. The role is primarily focused on sales and business development. A smaller part of the job involves overall customer responsibility for existing SOC customers.

You will drive sales independently and build a pipeline within SOC and MDR. In more complex deals, you will have access to presales support from the company’s founders and technical support from external partners.

This position is suitable for you who thrive in an early commercial stage where you have significant responsibility and mandate.

Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

  • Driving sales of Breezity Care to new customers
  • Building and owning the sales pipeline within SOC and MDR
  • Conducting customer meetings with decision-makers in IT and management
  • Being responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to contract
  • Identifying business opportunities within Breezity’s other services
  • Being the commercial contact point for existing SOC customers
  • Conducting follow-ups and service reviews
  • Collaborating with presales resources and external partners as needed

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent
  • or at least five years of documented experience in B2B sales within IT or IT security
  • At least three years of experience in independent sales of IT services
  • Documented experience in driving the entire sales process
  • Good understanding of IT environments and security-related services
  • Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

  • Experience in sales within SOC or MDR
  • Experience from MSP or security companies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security solutions
  • Experience working in an early stage with a limited customer base
