We are looking for two sales-oriented store assistants/weekend extras for our new store in Sisjön, Gothenburg. Are you customer-focused and have sales experience? Used to working with advice, products, and an inspiring store environment? Apply today!
With us, you will, together with a new team, help start up a completely new store and build a new customer base from scratch. We prefer that you have previous experience in sales and advisory roles. If you also have technical understanding of construction, it is a plus.
Start date: April/May Scope: The position covers 13% and is scheduled for every other weekend. Location: Sisjön, Gothenburg
About the role
As a salesperson with us, you are more than just a store seller – you are an advisor, inspirer, and relationship builder.
Help start up a new, inspiring store environment.
Meet customers, understand their unique needs and visions – not just what they initially ask for.
Ask open questions, listen actively, and offer tailored solutions that create real value.
Contribute to increased sales through strong customer relationships and a high level of service.
Represent the store at events and activities to increase interest in our brand.
Participate in store renovations and assembly of our products as needed.
We are looking for someone who
Loves to create magic in customer interactions.
Has a natural sense of service and sales.
Is proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
Thrives on variety, challenges, and high engagement.
Is handy and enjoys practical work.
Has an interest in craftsmanship, interior design, or gardening (knowledge is a plus but not a requirement).
