Your role in brief 🤸♀️
We are looking for a hungry and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team. As an SDR at Juni, you are the first impression of us to the market. You identify the right companies, create relevant conversations, and qualify future customers. The role is clearly outbound-focused, and you will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to build pipeline and drive growth at a fast pace. This is a role for you who likes responsibility, enjoys numbers – and loves to win.
Your responsibilities 👏
In this role, you will:
Build and own Juni's outbound pipeline through structured prospecting.
Drive multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone with clear value in every contact.
Identify decision-makers and book meetings with high-quality prospects for our AEs.
Work data-driven with prioritization of accounts, segments, and messaging.
Ensure high quality in CRM and follow up on clear KPIs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to test, measure, and optimize outreach.
Contribute energy, pace, and commercial thinking to the entire team.
After 2 months: You are fully onboarded and driving daily outreach independently.
After 3 months: You consistently book qualified meetings and fine-tune your messaging.
After 4 months: You are a reliable pipeline driver and an integral part of Juni's growth machine.

Qualifications 👑
What you need to have:
1+ years of experience in outbound sales (SDR/BDR, internship, or similar).
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and in digital channels.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Sales Navigator.
Structure, discipline, and respect for CRM and processes.
Competitive instinct, determination, and a clear desire to develop commercially.
Extra plus if you have:
Understanding of SaaS, fintech, or rapidly growing digital companies.
Ability to handle objections and maintain motivation even when it gets tough.
