We are looking for a friendly team member for our sales team at Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB for the 2026 season!

As a Sales Coordinator, your main task is to sell Strömma's experiences and products via phone and email. The brands we work with are Strömma Kanalbolaget, Paddan Sightseeing, and Hop On Hop Off. You will receive booking inquiries in a responsive and accommodating manner, match demand with supply, and provide information about our various products and experiences. The goal is to give every guest an extraordinary experience. "Memories for life" is Strömma's vision and motto that we constantly strive for.

To thrive and be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales and customer service. You enjoy customer contact and are driven to provide service and create results. Together with our sales team, you care about our products and brands and engage in new challenges and set goals. We are looking for someone who is social, structured, and quick to learn new things.

This is the position for you if:

• You have a customer focus and service in your fingertips

• You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and are quality-conscious

• You are unpretentious and creative in your solutions and adapt quickly to situations

• You are computer literate and have experience with booking and sales systems

• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently

We offer a seasonal employment starting from April 1, 2026, until August 31, 2026. Salary according to the Almega/Unionen collective agreement. We are located in pleasant premises, centrally located on Pusterviksgatan in Gothenburg with a view of the canal and Feskekôrkan.
