At Mölndal Energi, you will have the chance to work with 100% renewable electricity and smart energy solutions – while developing in a role where your contribution truly matters. We are now looking for more stars to join our sales team in Mölndal!

Working hours are during the day and only on weekdays. Monthly salary: 25,050 SEK + attractive commission model. The position is based at their headquarters in Mölndal.

The employment consists of a 6-month probationary period, which then transitions to a permanent position with us at Recruitive. You will work on assignment at Mölndal Energi.

Your Responsibilities

As an inside salesperson, you are an important link between the company and its customers. You will:

📞 Contact new and previous customers via phone
🔍 Map their needs and create personalized energy solutions
💬 Inform about our current offers
💡 Contribute to a sustainable society – every call makes a difference!

Your Profile

We believe that you:

Have a burning interest in sales and customer contact
Are a joy-spreader who makes both colleagues and customers smile
Enjoy developing and appreciate feedback and coaching
Speak Swedish and English fluently
Have sales experience (extra plus if you have sold electricity before!)
