About the Company

The company we are recruiting for specializes in developing its staff, investing heavily in internal development and training. The company is now focusing on significant expansion and needs to recruit new leaders to drive their sales organization forward. They are primarily looking for staff for their Telephony sales department, but they also have other departments that occasionally require new hires. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to advance to sales manager.

About the Position

You will manage a team of 5-10 salespeople. You will handle daily operations and ensure your team meets their budget. You will also have some personal sales time as needed, but your main focus will be on the salespeople. You will work at attractive events with booths that attract customers.

The Job as Team Leader

To succeed as a team leader, you still need to have an interest in sales and find it enjoyable. If you feel you are done with sales, you will not perform well as a leader in the same field. You need to have good social skills and enjoy developing people and building relationships. You need to be attentive and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

You do not need prior leadership experience, but you must have worked for at least a year as a salesperson to succeed in this role. You will receive training from the start with everything you need to know for a good start, including leadership. You will meet your customers and salespeople face-to-face, so you need to have good social skills and enjoy engaging in dialogue. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

The salary is based on a fixed salary of 30,000 plus commission on your and your team's sales. The salary can reach 60,000 when you meet the budget.
