Senior Sales Advisor at Elgiganten

Do you love sales and leading others? We are now looking for a sales-driven Senior Sales Advisor with leadership skills and a strong desire to continuously develop yourself and others.

Your main task as a Senior Sales Advisor is to be present in the daily work where sales occur while you develop, follow up, and coach your employees. You are part of the local management team of the department store, and in addition to personnel responsibility for your team, you are responsible together with the other management team members for the overall operations and results of the department store.

Your role as Senior Sales Advisor

For you, employees and customers are the most important. At the same time, you create good results, follow up, and improve to achieve even higher. You have overall responsibility for your sales area, your employees, customers, and results. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you lead by developing and coaching your employees to guide our customers to the best purchase. You are responsible for introducing and further developing your team and ensuring daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will be part of and work closely with your employees and be an important role model in the department store.

The role of Senior Sales Advisor requires at least 3 years of experience in sales and understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are used to taking professional responsibility, and are a hands-on person.
