The role encompasses business development, sales, and project management within our client's product portfolio, primarily focusing on electric shock weapons, body cameras, and IT solutions. The work is carried out in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions and covers the entire business process from needs analysis to delivery and follow-up. You are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through market analysis and customer dialogue, as well as ensuring long-term customer relationships, mainly with public actors such as the Armed Forces, the Police Authority, and the Coast Guard. The role also involves responsibility within public procurement, where you coordinate and drive tender processes in accordance with procurement requirements and technical specifications.

A central part of the work will be to represent the company at industry fairs, customer events, and product demonstrations, as well as ensuring that customers receive the right training and understanding of the company's products and services.

Examples of tasks:

• Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities
• Manage quotes, procurements, and contract processes
• Act as the primary contact person for customers
• Plan and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Coordinate customer training and workshops together with suppliers
• Follow market developments, competitors, and new technologies

• Has previous industry experience with the Armed Forces, Police Authority, or equivalent authority, or in the defense or security industry.
• Technical understanding of advanced military and police equipment
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and experience with Office365 products
• Has a driver's license and is willing to travel within the Nordic countries and abroad for supplier visits, fairs, etc.

Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To thrive in the role, you need to be self-driven and enjoy an independent role with close customer contact. Additionally, you possess a business-oriented mindset and are used to working proactively.

In this process, you will be employed directly by the client company. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For the position, our client has requirements for security clearance, which may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
