Job Description

The position involves responding to incoming emails and calls. This may include new sales, technical inquiries such as troubleshooting, guidance and advice on spare parts ordering, as well as handling returns and complaints. In your daily work, you will also provide advice and assist customers visiting our exhibition hall in finding the right products.

To thrive in this role, you enjoy working with problem-solving, a fast pace, and customer contact. You are attentive to the customer's needs and actively work with upselling as part of your customer interaction. To succeed in this role, you are responsible and service-minded. Experience from similar work is a plus but not a requirement. The position is temporary for the summer season of 2026.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls and emails.

• Place orders and manage orders for customers.

• Provide customers with technical support and advice.

• Assist customers in our exhibition hall.

• Manage returns and complaints.

What we are looking for:

• To thrive in this role, you are responsible and service-minded.

• You have good technical understanding.

• You have a good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

• You are experienced in working with computers/order systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in machinery and/or agriculture.

• Experience in Inside Sales & Aftermarket/customer support.
