Coordinator for Violence in Close Relationships - Region Dalarna Job Responsibilities

Your work is based at the Social Work Unit at Falu Hospital, but part of the work takes place in various healthcare activities throughout the county.

As a coordinator for violence in close relationships, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, structuring, and following up on Region Dalarna's strategic work on violence in close relationships
• Producing normative documents, decision proposals, and support materials that ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Planning and conducting training initiatives for healthcare
• Supporting systematic quality work in the area
• Collaborating with municipalities, the Police Authority, the County Administrative Board, and other community actors
• Participating in advocacy work and networks to strengthen the region's efforts against violence in close relationships

The role is versatile and involves a high degree of independence within given frameworks. You will work both strategically and operationally, with great opportunity to influence development.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A degree in social work or basic education in a healthcare profession
• Advanced training in violence in close relationships
• Knowledge of guidelines, regulations, and methods for working with violence in close relationships
• A valid driver's license (as travel is required for the position)

Meritorious:

• Further education in pedagogy
• Experience in teaching/presenting
• Experience from other coordinating assignments
• Knowledge of the healthcare system's missions and organization

Personal qualities:

You have a well-developed ability to collaborate and find it easy to create good working relationships. You are comfortable working independently within given frameworks.
