We are looking for a foster care consultant who not only wants to perform a task but also wants to help build, develop, and shape the organization together with us.

About the role – a meaningful job

As a foster care consultant with us, you will work closely with our foster homes, children, and youth. You are an important person in their daily lives and in our team.

Your work includes, among other things:

• Recruiting and assessing foster homes
• Supporting and guiding foster homes during placements
• Being a reliable contact for foster homes and partners
• Collaborating closely with social services
• Participating in matching children and families
• Helping to develop our operations and working methods
• Planning meetings and training for our foster homes

The work is flexible and independent, but you always have colleagues and a manager close at hand. We support each other – genuinely.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who:

• Has a degree in social work or equivalent education
• Has experience in foster care (or related fields)
• Is reliable, engaged, and relationship-building
• Enjoys taking initiative and driving development
• Likes to work both independently and collaboratively
• Has a genuine interest in children, youth, and families
