We are looking for a dedicated personal assistant for one of our female clients in Sölvesborg. Your job will be to support the client in her daily life with personal care as well as all the everyday tasks that belong to the home. You will primarily work in the client's home, but your formal workplace is always where the client is located. The client has a vacation home in Österlen where they spend a few weeks during the year. Night shifts may also occur by agreement.

At the beginning of your employment, you will receive training in all aspects by following and being educated by an experienced assistant. Our client prefers female assistants with a lot of life experience.

Your profile

The most important thing for us here at NOA is that the match between client and assistant is right. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability, willingness, and interest in the assistance profession when we recruit. Personal qualities we value highly are work ethic, responsiveness, and care. Being able to take initiative while still respecting the client's wishes and needs is equally important. Training as a personal assistant, nursing assistant, extensive experience, or equivalent is meritorious.

To be considered for this position, you are someone who enjoys working in a calm and orderly environment. You are attentive to our client's needs and respect that she controls her own daily life, while still being nearby to support when needed.

Employment conditions

Employment type: As long as the assignment lasts.

Working hours: Approximately 70%

Working times: Daytime/Afternoon/Evening, and every fourth Saturday.

Start date: March 2026

A driver's license (B) is required.

The employment is covered by a collective agreement. Before starting employment, you must present a valid extract from the criminal record.
