JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a SKKP (Specially Qualified Contact Person), you will work closely with a young person who is at risk due to personal difficulties or risk factors in their family and environment. The aim of the intervention is to:

• promote pro-social development
• reduce the risk of antisocial behavior
• strengthen the young person's social network
• enable the youth to stay at home and avoid placement

The assignment may vary depending on the number of tasks and the nature of the assignments.

• Psycho-social support: motivation, emotional support, and guidance in school, leisure, and daily life.
• Practical support: Help with concrete tasks such as homework, routines, and planning for the future.
• Social support: Assistance in finding and entering positive contexts and networks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Social educator or other equivalent education in social work, behavioral science, or pedagogy.
• Documented experience working with youth exhibiting norm-breaking behavior or who are at risk.
• A criminal record check is required; apply in good time.
• Driver's license (B).
• Good ability to build relationships.
• Personal suitability to be empathetic, stable, and responsive is crucial.
