We are now looking for dedicated and responsible personal assistants for a man residing in Karlskrona. (new assignment)

This is an opportunity to be involved from the start and together create a safe and stable assistance.

As a personal assistant, you will support the client in their daily life, working in the client's home and accompanying them on activities outside the home.

The work includes, among other things:

• Assistance with personal care

• Support in the home and with household chores

• Accompanying on activities and errands

The work may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule.

• Responsible, secure, empathetic, and attentive

• Genuinely interested in working with people

• A good team player

• Fluent in Swedish

• Preferably has experience in personal assistance or care (meritorious but not required)

• Has a respectful and professional demeanor

• Can work independently but also follow routines

• Flexible and solution-oriented

Employment type: We are looking for staff for both need-based employment and fixed-term employment

Scope: 0-100%

Working hours: Day/Evening/Weekend

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
