As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

• Are responsible, attentive, and flexible

• Have a genuine interest in working with people

• Can work on short notice (substitute)

• Have the opportunity to work more continuously during the summer

We would like you to:

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our services also require you to work nights.

• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Casual employment with the possibility of continued work after the summer

Scope: Hourly employment / As needed (extra during regular staff absence).

Start date: Immediate

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
