Do you want to make a real difference for children, young people, and their families?

We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our dedicated team in open care!

Family advice and support work with open care interventions for children and young people aged 0–18 and their families. Our goal is to offer qualified change and treatment work at home – with the individual's needs at the center. We work based on evidence-based social work with flexible solutions and a strong focus on relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a family therapist, you will work from a systems-theoretical approach and CBT. You will meet children, young people, and their families in change processes where family work, network work, and individual interventions collaborate.

You will:

• Conduct conversations and treatment based on the child's/youth's and family's needs
• Work closely with colleagues and external actors to create sustainable solutions
• Contribute to the development of interventions without needs assessment (IUB) according to the new social services act

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree in social work, social pedagogy, or other relevant education
• Good knowledge of child and youth development, conversation methodology, and attachment theory
• Further education in treatment work, CBT, or MI is an advantage
• Good collaboration skills and personal suitability are crucial
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement
