Vårdcentralen Åparken is located in Tyringe and has approximately 6,200 registered patients. Tyringe is a historic spa town with beautiful nature nearby and good commuting opportunities with proximity to public transport.

We have around 25 dedicated employees from various professional categories, including district nurses, nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, specialist doctors in general medicine, licensed physicians, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and dietitians.

We are a smaller healthcare center where teamwork, close collaboration, and good communication are an obvious part of everyday life. Here, we know each other well and help each other create a safe and pleasant work environment for both patients and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work with outpatient care, telephone counseling, triage, and nurse-led clinics. The work is varied, and you will have close collaboration with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, where there is always someone to consult.

We work with team-based care and meet in teams twice a week, which strengthens collaboration between professions and contributes to good and cohesive care for our patients.

The position can be adapted for full-time or part-time work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Further education as a district nurse is an advantage. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale. Experience working in a healthcare center and knowledge of the PMO journal system is considered a plus.

As a person, you are engaged and proactive, enjoy taking responsibility, and actively contribute to a good work climate. You find it easy to collaborate while feeling secure in working independently and have a professional and respectful approach towards both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
