We are a specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic that offers treatment to those in need of psychiatric care at a specialist level, including specialized care for harmful use and dependence.

In Hässleholm, there is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic and a corresponding one in Helsingborg that operates on behalf of Region Skåne. The clinics work under the same conditions as the region's own clinics. Patients come by referral or self-referral.

Are you interested in the opportunity to follow a long-term care process with complex diagnostic considerations and treatment challenges in close collaboration with competent colleagues and our care neighbors? Are you interested in the possibility of varied tasks in both outpatient care, consultation, education, or supervision? Then you are likely the right person for the organization. We now have the opportunity to welcome a junior doctor to our team, which currently consists of specialist doctors, specialist nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and administrative staff.

In your role, you will be involved in the development of the clinic in Hässleholm and work to ensure that we remain an attractive workplace. Team collaboration, where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other, is fundamental to our working method. The organization is characterized by diversity and high competence. As a resident doctor, you will have a supervising consultant who guides you at the clinic. We welcome you with a medical degree and language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is advantageous for the position if you are a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. We would also like you to have computer skills and good knowledge of Melior. In the position as a doctor, you will work closely with your team and your supervisor. Good collaboration skills are therefore a prerequisite, and great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Employment conditions: Permanent employment, full-time, working hours during the day Monday - Friday. Start date by agreement. Probationary period of 6 months.
