The Rheumatology Clinic at Helsingborg Hospital is responsible for the investigation and treatment of moderate to severe forms of acute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases, as well as rheumatic systemic diseases. The clinic operates in outpatient care and consists of various professional groups such as doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and medical secretaries. After renovation and expansion of the clinic, we now have attractive and fresh facilities.

We want to think innovatively as we focus on creating sustainability to become an attractive workplace that people can be proud of. In the coming time, we will focus heavily on the development of our staff group, so that our patients feel safe and well-informed about their illness and treatment. The role involves teamwork with different professional groups, and you are expected to actively contribute to the development of our clinic.

Your tasks will be varied and tailored based on your previous experience and knowledge. Together with other nurses, you will be responsible for our infusion unit. You will also assist doctors during their consultations, provide telephone advice, and work with digital services. After gaining some experience, you will take responsibility for your own clinic focusing on information and follow-up of rheumatological conditions and medication. The work also includes administration and management of digital systems such as WebPasis and the national quality register SRQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. It is highly meritorious if you have experience in outpatient work, running your own clinic, telephone advice, and rheumatological care. Training in rheumatology and experience working with the systems WebPasis and Melior are also seen as advantages. Additionally, we would like you to have experience working with patients with chronic illnesses.

As a person, you have a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues. We also wish that you have a high level of empathy and are responsible. You are flexible and work solution-oriented, and it is important that you have the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with different professional groups.
