Make a Difference. Every Day.

At Vårdcentralen Tornet, approximately 32 dedicated employees work together to care for around 7100 registered patients. We have a broad competence with specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, as well as a well-coordinated team of nurses and district nurses.

Our operations include several specialized clinics, including an acute line, asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, and smoking cessation. We also have a family center with a child health clinic (BVC), which allows us to offer support and care for the whole family. We also have social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. We work in interdisciplinary teams that meet once a week to discuss patient cases.

Every day, we strive to promote health and well-being for our patients and residents. You will encounter a warm and welcoming workplace where collegial support and collaboration are a given. We enjoy working together, and our commitment permeates everything we do.

The nursing group is stable with low staff turnover, which is a clear sign of the good working environment and cohesion we have. Together, we create care that makes a difference for both our patients and each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now facing a retirement and are looking for a district nurse, or alternatively a nurse, who wants to be part of our well-functioning and experienced team. With us, you will have a safe and stable work environment where collaboration and collegial support are a given.

In the role of district nurse, or alternatively a nurse, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life, where you work both in your own clinic, phone triage, and within our elderly care clinic.

In addition, scheduled phone advice and triage are included, where you, with your experience and professional judgment, ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time. We appreciate your commitment to patient-centered care and your ability to work independently, while also being a valuable part of our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare, preferably with further education as a district nurse. It is also a requirement to have good knowledge of Swedish, corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and always puts the patient's needs first. You have a genuine interest in people and good communication skills, which allows you to meet and support our patients in a respectful and safe manner. Furthermore, as we are a smaller workplace, we value your ability to collaborate and your flexibility in tasks. Your willingness to contribute to the team's common goals and your adaptability are crucial for us to be able to offer high-quality care together.

We apply rolling selection. Warm welcome with your application today!
