The Knislinge Health Center is located in the Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with 9,000 registered patients and about 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are keen to provide good and close care with compassion. With us, there is a high ceiling and a good working climate with a focus on teamwork and quality. We work transprofessionally with the aim of achieving the highest possible accessibility for our patients' best interests.

At the health center, our physiotherapists work closely with our seven specialists in general medicine and five ST doctors. We also have a varying number of AT and BT doctors in a well-organized medical reception supported by nursing assistants and secretaries.

The health center has experienced district and registered nurses with their own specialist clinics, and we have a psychosocial team as well as occupational therapists and dietitians. There is also a family center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At the Knislinge Health Center, you will be part of a team with two other physiotherapist colleagues. With your expertise, you contribute and strive to offer our patients the best possible care.

The main tasks consist of outpatient activities where you perform examinations, assessments, treatments, and follow-ups of commonly occurring medical conditions in primary care. Patients of all ages and with various diagnoses come to us, but the most common issues are related to musculoskeletal problems. You will have the opportunity for a varied and developing job together with engaged and competent colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. It is also a requirement to have language skills in Swedish corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale.

Experience in primary care is an advantage. Experience with patients with chronic pain, work with basic body awareness, mindfulness, and/or mediyoga is also beneficial.
