Hjortviken Country Club offers a wide range of experiences with:

• two restaurants

• 150 hotel rooms

• six bars

• Pool Club

• an ambitious meeting and event operation

Everything from small but important management meetings to large kick-offs, anniversary dinners, and private parties are arranged here. Always with the same goal: to exceed our guests' expectations.

(Conference Host / Hostess)

As a Meeting & Event Host, you are the face of our conference and event guests. You are responsible for ensuring that their stay runs smoothly and that guests receive a professional, personal, and memorable experience. The role involves close collaboration with both conference coordination and reception, and you report to the M&E Shiftleader.

• Welcome and take care of conference guests upon arrival

• Ensure that conference rooms are prepared according to guests' wishes

• Snack and coffee management as well as replenishment of buffets

• Dish management and order in storage

• Assist with technical support during conferences and events

• Ongoing communication with guests during their stay

• Collaboration with other departments for a seamless guest experience

• Management of bookings and follow-up on guest feedback

• Work in hotel reception during check-in and check-out as well as sometimes the entire shift

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience from the service industry and are passionate about giving guests that little extra. You are confident, professional, and enjoy a dynamic environment with varied tasks and meetings with many different people. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and self-driven.

• Experience from hotel, restaurant, or conference operations

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Basic technical understanding of conference equipment and booking systems

• Strong service mindset and good problem-solving skills

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period

• Extent: part-time, at least 50%
