Restaurant Torgkrogen at Kortedala Torg is a family-run business that has been around for 30 years. Today, the second generation is at the helm, and we are a great team of 9 employees. We are open every day of the week with both lunch and a la carte service.

We are looking for a waitress/waiter for weekends. The work involves Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We expect you to be responsible, self-driven, and always have a good attitude and top-notch service. We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge from similar jobs to provide service in a safe, skilled, and personal manner. For the tasks at hand, you need to have good physical fitness and quick fingers.

The position requires a bit of toughness, strong self-esteem, and good multitasking abilities where you don't easily get stressed. Since it is a family-run restaurant, it can be both busy and calm. Sometimes you need to step in and help get clean dishes out quickly, and sometimes you need to clear the outdoor seating before the rain comes. Therefore, it is important that you are self-driven and can see what needs to be done before being asked. At certain times, you may be alone on the floor, and we are looking for someone who doesn't mind working independently.
