Team Leader for Ice Cream Café – Summer Employment

Do you want to work in a lovely summer environment and help run a popular ice cream café? We are now looking for a responsible and driven team leader for Wägga Ice Cream Café, located near Johannesvik Camping in Kungshamn.

During the summer season, we have many visitors and are therefore looking for someone who wants to take an active role in the daily operations of the café.

Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will be responsible, together with us, for ensuring that the operations run smoothly throughout the day. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Leading the staff in the café

• Planning work schedules together with the owners

• Making ice cream and simple baking

• Cash handling and customer service

• Planning and implementing activities in the café

• Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining order in the premises

• Ordering raw materials in consultation with the owner

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old, but we welcome older applicants!

• Is responsible, structured, and self-motivated

• Has a good sense of service and enjoys working with people

• Has good teamwork skills and can take initiative

Experience in cafés, restaurants, or other service industries is a plus but not a requirement.

Employment Type: Summer Employment

Working Hours: Scheduled working hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, work may occur every day of the week including weekends

• Location: Kungshamn

• Period: Summer season (exact dates to be agreed upon)
