We are looking for a passionate Asian chef for Tanum Foodcourt!

At Tanum Foodcourt in Tanum Shopping Center, we run a popular buffet restaurant where we combine Asian food with classic Swedish home cooking. Here, we serve a varied and appreciated buffet daily, focusing on fresh ingredients, great taste, and high quality – plus pizza, salad, and much more.

We are now looking for an Asian chef who wants to take great responsibility for the Asian part of our offering and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many guests.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Asian dishes for the buffet
• Maintain high and consistent quality in food and presentation
• Be responsible for hygiene, self-control, and ingredient management
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in Asian cuisine
• Is self-driven, structured, and has a strong sense of service
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has good stress resistance
• Has good hygiene knowledge
• Is a team player: You enjoy collaborating but also take initiative and work independently when required.
