Food Garden at Nordby Shopping Center is the border's largest buffet restaurant. We serve a large and varied selection including wok, traditional Asian dishes, pizza, Swedish home cooking, pasta, an extensive salad buffet, and many other popular options. All at great prices in a modern, welcoming environment with a fast pace and many happy guests.

We are now looking for a skilled Asian chef who, together with us, will fill the buffet with fantastic Asian flavors – and who wants to share their knowledge, passion, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Asian dishes for the daily buffet
• Ensure high and consistent quality, nice presentation, and fresh flavors
• Be responsible for ingredients, hygiene, and self-control
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen and serving team

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from Asian cuisine
• Is self-driven, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong sense of service and high hygiene awareness
• Is a team player: You enjoy collaborating but also take your own initiatives and work independently when required.
