In May, the doors will open to Trollhättan's newest Steakhouse in Etage. We will be serving lunches, meat, burgers, chicken, and more, and are looking for staff who want to be part of our team.

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience working in a kitchen or on a grill. We will be hiring for several different positions, so if you have kitchen experience and want to work with us, please write to us and tell us about yourself now, even if you are something other than a restaurant assistant. We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees.

What will you do?

• Prep everything our wonderful customers want
• Light cooking
• Prepare according to our recipes
• Customer service - answer questions and guide customers to a great experience with us
• Cash handling
• Keep clean and tidy
• Washing dishes
• Our work method means that you can rotate between different stations, including kitchen, cash register, dishwashing, etc.

Experience from working in a kitchen is a requirement. Training on how we specifically work will take place on-site. We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, stress-resistant, and appreciates close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You should be good at collaborating and enjoy switching between different tasks to provide the best possible service to customers and help your colleagues. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, such as in retail or restaurants, is a plus. Being service-minded, punctual, and willing to support your colleagues are traits that are already in your DNA.

We strive to be a workplace where staff can have fun and enjoy their work, even though it can sometimes be very stressful. For the industry, the working hours are favorable as we close at 7:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends. The position will involve a lot of weekend work.
