The Church of Sweden in Trollhättan is looking for temporary substitutes for Gräsviken Conference and Camp Center.

Just west of Trollhättan lies Gräsviken Conference and Camp Center right next to Öresjö, a conference center that has been under the Church of Sweden's management since the late 1980s. The center hosts confirmation camps, family camps, summer camps, a café, worship services, and other gatherings. Because the center is close to both water and nature, it is popular to spend time there during the summer.

About the position

As a temporary employee at Gräsviken, you will have a varied workday where you work based on the needs of the organization. You will be involved in cooking, preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, and simpler property tasks, as well as assisting wherever needed in the organization.

The work is scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends depending on bookings and activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Flexible, responsible, and self-driven.
• Can work independently, is organized, takes responsibility, and is punctual.
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Enjoys working in an environment where the days can vary and where everyone helps each other.
• Has education or is currently training in restaurant, service, or a similar field.
• Has a driver's license.
• Has a positive view of the Church of Sweden and its values.
• Previous experience in similar work is a plus – we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
