As a sous-chef, you will be an important part of the kitchen management and help drive both the daily operations and the culinary development forward.

About the role: As a sous-chef, you will work closely with our head chef and lead the team through service, planning, and production. You are a natural leader with the ability to uplift others, and you are passionate about maintaining high quality – both on the plate and in the work environment. With us, you will work with seasonal ingredients and contribute to developing menus with taste, feel, and sustainability in focus.

Have previous experience as a sous-chef or a strong background in similar positions.

Are passionate, responsible, and have a sense for detail and structure.

Have a natural talent for leading, inspiring, and creating good team spirit.
