We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport.

In this role, you will become part of an international and dynamic work environment where the pace is sometimes high. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our lounge kitchen and ensure that our guests receive a top-quality service experience.

The work is scheduled in shifts and includes working every other weekend. The role is operational and hands-on, meaning you will actively participate in daily tasks while also taking responsibility for planning and developing kitchen operations.

You will work to maintain high quality and service standards, ensuring that guest expectations are not only met but exceeded. In this role, you will report to the Lounge Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

• Plan, prepare, and cook innovative dishes, presenting them in an appealing way.
• Identify seasonal ingredients and work closely with our suppliers regarding this.
• Work closely with the Lounge Manager on orders and menu planning.
• Participate in other relevant projects at the station.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• We are looking for someone who has attended culinary school or has work experience within the café and restaurant industry.
• You should have a genuine interest in cooking, appreciate the charm of creating food experiences, and have an eye for fine presentations (plating).
• Previous experience and passion for food and beverages.
• You are self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

Working Hours: Full-time.

Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Start Date: By agreement.
