Lounge Agent

Your Role

As part of our team in our Lounge, your attitude and service form the foundation of our guests' experience. As a Lounge Host/Hostess, you are responsible for the service provided to guests in our lounge. In addition to ensuring correct, friendly, and time-efficient handling of check-in at the reception, you also ensure that the selection of food, drinks, and snacks meets the quality standards we offer our guests. Light cleaning duties are also included. The role involves some heavy lifting, as you will be receiving merchandise deliveries.

You are our face to the outside world, and together we turn our guests' waiting time into an experience. The role requires you to have a strong sense of service, be proactive, and thrive working and developing in a dynamic and international environment. As part of our team, you play a key role in every traveler's journey.

We are looking for someone who

• Works with a clear focus on guest satisfaction and security
• Is service-minded
• Is clear, self-assured, and has good communication skills
• Has an approach that is respectful, friendly, and supportive
• Is reliable, punctual, and has strong organizational skills
• Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations
• Is 20 years of age or older (as alcoholic beverages are handled in the role)
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Can work all our shift times and commute to and from Landvetter at odd hours. A driver's license and access to a car are required as public transport does not run 24/7.
• Can prove and account for what you have done over the past 5 years with supporting documentation, as this is a regulatory requirement.

Employment Terms

• Start Date: To be agreed upon.
• Number of Positions: 2
• Working Hours: Shift work – early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Overtime pay according to the current agreement.
• Employment Type: Permanent position at 90% with a 6-month probation period.
• Location: Landvetter Airport.
