We are looking for someone with culinary education at the high school level or equivalent. We need someone who can prepare meals for children, students, and staff at our preschool/school. You will be preparing approximately 270 portions daily, one main dish and one vegetarian dish. You will also be responsible for special diets.

The position includes menu planning and purchasing. Good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement.

We offer a position at Casa Montessori in Partille. The school is the only independent school in the municipality, and we have preschool, F-class, grades 1-9, and after-school care, totaling about 230 children/students. The institution has been in existence for over thirty years. The school is based on Maria Montessori's pedagogy, which is evident in that some classes work in age-integrated groups of about 20 children/students.

We are looking for an engaged cook who is passionate about your work. The job includes planning menus, preparing lunches and snacks, and being responsible for purchasing and handling food. You should be able to compose and prepare meals for those with special dietary needs, and it is important that you have knowledge of how to compile a nutritious meal. Each week, fish, chicken, vegetarian options, and beef/pork are served.

You will lead and manage the work in the kitchen. You will have the assistance of a school meal assistant. Together, you will create a pleasant dining experience for children, students, and staff.
