The meal department is part of the Community Building Administration and includes 14 kitchens, of which 4 are school kitchens, 7 are preschool kitchens, and 3 are elderly care kitchens. All units are production kitchens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a pool cook within the meal department means that you cover in the kitchens where needs arise. The work includes the preparation and serving of nutritious and well-cooked meals for schools, preschools, or elderly care. Preparation of special diets is also included in the position, as well as other tasks that occur in a kitchen. A positive and professional attitude is a given for you. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are good at collaborating and organizing your own work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and takes initiative. You have experience working as a cook, preferably in school kitchens/elderly care, and have documented knowledge/training in special diets and food hygiene. Good computer skills are an advantage.

Referring to the laws regulating background checks, anyone offered this position must present a certificate from the criminal record before an employment contract can be established.
