Kami Sushi in Åmål is a newly opened restaurant and is now looking for an experienced sushi chef for full-time work. We are looking for someone who wants to work hard, take responsibility in the kitchen, and contribute to a consistent and high quality in our operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of sushi according to established methods
- Preparation of ingredients
- Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and self-control
- Ordering and handling of ingredients as needed
- Collaboration with other kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Documented experience as a sushi chef
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work independently and at a fast pace
- Flexibility regarding working hours (day, evening, and weekend)
