This is what a typical day looks like

Today's to-do: create magic by:

• As a server, you are responsible for your own station, guiding guests through our à la carte experience and ensuring that each table receives a professional and personal greeting, with well-founded food and drink recommendations.

• As a head waiter, you distribute work during service, create structure in the flow, and support the team where it is needed most.

• Keep the pace up and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - without compromising on quality or hospitality.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues to create a smooth, safe, and memorable overall experience.

Do you have what it takes for the ride?

• You have experience and feel confident working independently with à la carte serving.

• As a head waiter, you have experience working with organization and leadership. You are equally comfortable with administrative tasks as you are with operational work on the floor.

• You have a holistic view, a sense of service, and order. You are good at taking your own initiatives and can work independently together with a close-knit team.

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Good to know

• The employment is a special fixed-term position and will be filled continuously before and during the season.

• Working hours are influenced by the business's opening hours and will mainly be scheduled during evenings with varying degrees of employment.
