About Us

Do you want to help improve the quality of life for our elderly through food cooked with heart and professional pride? We are looking for a passionate chef who wants to spread joy through food in elderly care.

With us, quality, care, and craftsmanship are at the center. You will prepare nutritious and well-cooked traditional dishes from scratch, bake with the aroma of freshly baked goods in the kitchen, and create desserts that enhance the meal.

We work with real ingredients, seasonal menus, and an active sustainability focus where reducing food waste is an obvious part of everyday life.

As a chef with us, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of delicious and nutritious meals to our customers.

You are an important part of the whole, from planning and self-control to dishwashing and cleaning. The operation runs every day of the year, which means scheduled shifts between 06:00–17:30 and some weekend work.

About You

We are looking for a team player with drive and professional pride who is passionate about cooking and wants to develop in your role as a chef. You have experience in the culinary field and are confident in the kitchen, even when the pace is high or conditions change. Experience from large kitchens is an advantage and gives you a good understanding of volume, planning, and structure.

You are a positive team player who shows respect, takes responsibility, and contributes to a good work environment. With a solution-focused approach, you plan, prioritize, and complete your work with high quality. Your professional pride is evident in both the details and the overall presentation on the plate.

Our Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old before June 1, 2026, in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations regarding minors' work environment (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required as the work involves passing information on to colleagues
• At least two years of experience working as a chef

Meritorious

It is meritorious (not a requirement) if you have:

• Work experience from large kitchens or restaurant operations
• Good digital skills and the ability to handle various IT support systems
• Work experience in food handling and hygiene
• Work experience in preparing meals for seniors
