Quality Hotel™ 11 & Eriksbergshallen is now looking for a temporary breakfast manager, a morning person with a twinkle in their eye and full control over the serving of the day’s most important meal.

Curious about what the role entails?

• The role includes ensuring that breakfast always looks fantastic throughout the serving, serving coffee to our hotel guests, clearing tables, and keeping order in the breakfast room.
• The role involves planning and creating high-quality breakfast in accordance with our concepts.
• The role requires following sorting requirements and reducing food waste.
• Laws and regulations related to health, environment, and safety will be a priority!
• Staff responsibility, further development, and recruitment are a significant and crucial part of the assignment.

You have a big service heart. You contribute to the department reaching its set goals. The position involves working in the mornings and on weekends.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position with responsibility.
• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
