We are now looking for a Front Office staff member for Home Hotel Majoren in Skövde who wants to be part of our family.

As part of the Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience – you welcome, guide, and ensure that every stay begins and ends in the best way. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests genuinely feel at home. With your energy, eye for detail, and natural ability to make people feel seen and appreciated, you help make every stay special.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with a warm and personal greeting, ensuring their first and last impressions are unforgettable
• Manage the daily operations of the reception, from check-ins and check-outs to bookings and guest inquiries
• Be the guests' obvious contact person, offering help, recommendations, and everything that contributes to a homely experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests

This is a fixed-term position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role includes varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. There is also the possibility of extra shifts both before and after the period.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You enjoy creating personal encounters and have a genuine interest in making each guest's stay unique
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and approach each day with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative while enjoying being part of a team that supports each other.
• You are at least 20 years old as the position involves serving alcohol.

Bonus points for:

• Experience from hotel reception or other types of customer service
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems
