Welcome to Hjortviken Country Club – Sweden's newest destination and a proud member of the ESS family. Here we have a clear goal: we create regular guests. And not just any guests, but those who long to return even before they check out.

Just 20 minutes from Gothenburg, right by the beautiful Västra Nedsjön, you will find our newly opened gem. Here it is always in season – with warm baths, cold drinks, and experiences that make everyday life feel far away.

You will find two restaurants, 150 rooms, six bars, a Pool Club that beats most – and not least our energetic meeting and event department where everything from strategy meetings to grand parties can take place.

As a waitress at Hjortviken Country Club, your superpower is making guests feel at home – but a little better. You take orders with a smile, keep your eyes open, and ensure that no one leaves thirsty or hungry. You know when to chat, when to just be there – and you make every meal an experience worth remembering.

Our living room and restaurant is a homage to Tore Wretman. He who created modern Swedish cuisine and made the smorgasbord world-famous. On the menu, we find, among other things, venison meatballs with cream sauce, potato purée, pressed cucumber, and lingonberries. The food and conversations here become good memories. Rustic, masculine, and authentically warming.

We are looking for someone who has a burning passion for service and food & drinks. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and have the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor towards our guests even under high pressure.

• At least 3 years of experience in à la carte service

• A team player who enjoys social settings

• Unpretentious

• Loves people

• Employment type: 80-100% employment

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Salary according to agreement
