About the position

Dalslands Skafferi is now looking for service staff and kitchen staff for work during the spring and summer of 2026. We are looking for both those who want to work more continuously during the summer and those who want to work extra as needed, for example, evenings and weekends.

The business has both a restaurant and extra jobs in connection with events, which means a varied and sometimes high work pace.

Job Responsibilities

Service:

• Serving food and drinks
• Guest interaction and cash handling
• Preparation and basic bar work
• Cleaning and closing shifts

Kitchen:

• Preparation and cooking of food
• Working according to routines and recipes
• Dishes and kitchen hygiene
• Collaboration in the kitchen team during high tempo

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of experience in restaurants, service, or kitchen
• Is responsible, flexible, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can work evenings, weekends, and at events
• Is a team player with a positive attitude

Experience is an advantage but not always a requirement – the right attitude and willingness to learn are important.
