Swedala Tak is one of Sweden's leading players in roofing contracting, known for its focus on quality and sustainable solutions. We work with a broad network of franchisees across the country, and you will play a key role in ensuring order and clarity in the financial accounting for both franchisees and our parent company.

In the role of Accounting Manager with us, you will be responsible for the accounting in its entirety and be the one who maintains both quality and structure in the financial processes. Your tasks will include everything from ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations to preparing financial statements and annual reports for the various entities in the group.

You will also be an important point of contact for franchisees' financial questions and work closely with the management team. The role includes both operational and strategic elements, which means we are looking for someone with both a meticulous and solution-focused approach.

We see that you who are applying have experience working with accounting for multiple companies simultaneously, preferably from an accounting firm or in a corporate structure. To succeed in the role, you should have solid knowledge of accounting and regulations, combined with a natural ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively.
