We are seeking receptionists for assignments with several clients in Falun. The assignment involves covering for regular staff in case of illness or other absences.

Important dates: To apply for the position, you must be available on the following dates: February 6-7, April 3-4, week 22, and weeks 32-33.

About the position: As a receptionist, you will perform administrative tasks for various clients. Are you service-oriented, flexible, and excited to work for multiple clients? Then this assignment might be for you!

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school education
• Experience with phone communication and customer contact
• Good computer skills, especially in the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A service-oriented and professional demeanor
• The ability to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

Experience in administrative work

What does the assignment entail? The assignment may involve working with different clients, sometimes including simple kitchen tasks at the client’s location.

Requirements: For this flexible pool position, you must have another occupation, such as studies, self-employment, retirement, or part-time work of at least 50%. Proof of this is required when applying.
