The Management Support Unit is a special unit responsible for the operation and management of processes within the education administration.

The unit's mission is to provide management support for the entire administration, e.g., responsibility for the operation of the administration's processes (legally mandated), internal/external audits, case management, and management support to the head of administration and heads of operations for preschool, primary school, and high school.

Currently, there are 11 investigators, developers, and case handlers working within the unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a case handler within the unit, you will provide administrative management support to the entire administration. You will primarily work with placements (children in preschool/after-school care) related to the operations and contact both internal and external contacts.

As a case handler, you will also have tasks such as case preparation, compiling statistics, and producing analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a university degree in economics/administration or another relevant education deemed suitable by the employer. You have good knowledge of system management, particularly with relevance to case handling within educational activities. You have experience working with statistics, analysis, and development work.

You have excellent communication skills and convey information clearly and simply. Very good Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with Office 365, Optiplan, Tieto, Edlevo, or Procapita. It is also advantageous if you have experience in case handling regarding the placement of children/students.
