Recruiter at SC Transport Sweden

SC Transport Sweden is in an expansive phase and is now looking for our next colleague! We are looking for someone who wants to take on the role of recruiter and who, together with us, wants to develop our work within transport.

SC Transport Sweden works nationally with recruitment and staffing of professional drivers within the transport industry. You will be based at the office in Borlänge but will work with candidates, consultants, and clients across the country. The position is full-time, office hours.

SC Transport Sweden is now looking for a recruiter who is ready to roll up their sleeves and provide our partners with professional drivers. In the role of recruiter, you will work with larger existing clients, for whom you will specifically recruit new consultants. We see great potential in developing the company, and as our new colleague, you will be an important part of our success and reaching our goals, together with wonderful colleagues!

In the role, you will work with:

• Advertisement design
• Selection, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
• Physical and digital interviews
• Daily contact with candidates and clients
• Marketing SC Transport

Your focus for the coming year is to work with client managers to ensure that we meet our delivery goals while maintaining quality. You will actively work to broaden and maintain the candidate flow and match the right candidate with the right assignment.

We are looking for someone with education in areas such as transport, sales, economics, human resources, and/or marketing. If you have previously worked with personnel issues or recruitment, this is highly meritorious.
