About the position
- As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our client Telia, one of Sweden's most successful companies in the IT and telecommunications industry.
- You will be the primary contact point for private customers via phone, email, and chat.
- You will assist with service, administration, and billing inquiries regarding our customers' services and subscriptions.
- Support and troubleshooting for a service that the customer is having issues with.
- Generate sales opportunities and solutions that drive added value for the customer.
- Your main objective is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
To provide you with a good introduction to the job, the employment starts with 30 days of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will gradually learn new things and grow.
The position
is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The working hours are varied and scheduled within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturday 09:00-17:15. Training starts on 2025-02-04.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

You are motivated to work towards goals and strive to achieve excellent results, with a strong motivation for upselling. You have a natural ability to anticipate problems and find practical solutions. Additionally, you can handle stress and quickly adapt to new situations in your daily work environment.
