As a salesperson with us, you will conduct home visits to private individuals to present the offers we have. The job involves visiting homeowners and villa owners with the aim of eliminating moisture from their homes. You will sell a comprehensive drainage solution to improve their indoor environment.
Your work routine will involve performing home visits that have come in through telemarketing, advertising, or that you have booked yourself. Once on-site with the customer, you will be able to calculate the job and provide a price directly on the spot using our own system, which is one of the most modern available on the market.
You will have a region as your work area and are free to organize your 40-hour workweek to suit you. Together, we will set expected goals, and then you have the freedom under responsibility to conduct your work in the way you think is best.
The internal training at the beginning includes one week in the field with the excavation team and then one week of sales training. After that, you will have close contact with the sales manager who will help you do the best job possible.

Qualifications
The requirements we have for you are that you share our vision of how we treat our customers and that you need to have a B driver's license, your own car, and that you master the Swedish language at a good level. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Now that we have covered that, what kind of individual are we looking for? It is important for you to establish trust with our customers, and you are good at making others feel comfortable. Furthermore, you are a person who is motivated by setting goals and you work hard to achieve these goals. You take your work seriously and address any problems that arise. You are a good listener and clear in your way of communicating. There are rarely misunderstandings when dealing with you, and if mistakes do occur, which can happen, you are the first to try to resolve them.
