As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will assist Länsförsäkringar's customers across the country with their banking inquiries via phone. The questions are varied, and you will support our customers with everything from new BankID to managing stocks, mutual funds, and existing loans. We actively work with goals and individual follow-ups. We measure our goals in customer satisfaction and conversation efficiency, where you can track your development every day.

Part-time working hours:

- The position involves working approximately 50-80 hours per month.

- You can choose to work either every other weekend and some weekdays, mainly during pay weeks, or you can choose to primarily work weekday evenings.

- We strive to provide you with a predictable work schedule, and you will have the opportunity to see your schedule 4 weeks in advance.

- The positions are fixed-term contracts for 6 months.

- There is an opportunity to work extra beyond your regular shifts.

Working hours may vary between 07:30 – 22:00, and the shifts always involve a full workday (7h 45min excluding lunch).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers in their daily lives as much as we do. We see that you have a high school diploma; if you also have a relevant academic education, that is a plus. You may have experience in customer service via phone, but if you have worked with customer interaction in other ways, that is of course positive. To work with us, you need to be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are humble and confident with a positive demeanor. You enjoy working towards goals and have the ability to adapt to changes. It comes naturally to you to communicate clearly and professionally with others, and you have the ability to simplify the complex. We do not expect you to know everything right away; you will learn along the way. Since we have the trust to help our customers with their finances, it is important that you have the right knowledge and competence. Therefore, your first 4–6 weeks will consist of training before you are ready to have your first customer meetings independently.

Gemensam Kundservice provides customer service in banking and insurance on behalf of Länsförsäkringsgruppen. We started our operations in Borlänge in 2015 with just over 20 employees. Today, we are over 100 people who together serve Länsförsäkringar's customers every day of the week between 07:30-22:00.
