About the position
- In the role of Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our Clients towards the customers.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers via calls and emails. Other communication channels such as chat and social media may occur depending on the assignment.
- Your main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting the customer's needs.
- Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
- In certain assignments, upselling is included to create added value for the customer.
To provide you with a good introduction to the work, the employment begins with training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will gradually learn new things and grow.
The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. There are varying working hours scheduled within the different opening hours of the assignments. Training starts on 2025-02-03.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
